The Post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering communication strategies across both the internal and external audiences. In this role the post holder will be responsible for leading employee engagement through internal communications, leading on communications through IPS’s public web channel and raising the profile of IPS and NIS through informed public relations.

The post holder will be expected to be a key player within PSG. He/she will also work across the Agency, Home Office and the wider government, as well as with a range of key stakeholders outside the immediate organisation.
