We are looking for someone with extensive experience of brand strategy who is able to lead client relationships at a very senior level. You will ideally have experience of research methodologies and be able to take insight through to formulating a compelling strategic brief.
The role is to build on the solid platform already developed thus far. With such a good portfolio of clients, there is huge scope to use those credentials in adding other great brands to the list. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a business development strategy, and have the entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ability to roll your sleeves up to get stuck in. Aside from that, you will play a vital role in nurturing those leads, building strong relationships, attending chemistry meetings etc to enable the agency to be pitching for as much appropriate business as possible.
The primary objective of this role will be to spearhead and manage the newly created Sales & Marketing Department. With your own full time assistant working along side you and also a new business development manger on the way, you will be tasked with developing and implementing a business development strategy, thus ensuring that the agency has a good solid pipeline of leads to continue the growth achieved thus far.

In fact, the opposite is true - they are looking for a really experienced Business Development Director who could become part of the Board and potentially gain significant equity in the business.
