You will report into the Executive Director where your responsibility will be to develop and implement the marketing and business development strategy on an international level.
The purpose of this role is to align with a stream/sector with the aim of driving growth and developing sales, client service and communications campaigns to take advantage of the opportunities in the market place.
Responsible for embedding best practice account management principles through the business to drive client retention, profitability and penetration. Identifying strategies to improve client retention and advocacy through responding to client needs. Ensuring the firm is constantly improving its approach to client service and that consistent methodologies are embedded across the business, providing Management Information as appropriate.
Devise seminar strategy; Provide direction and support to the events coordinator in the delivery of the seminar programme. Drive the key account management programme within TSP.
The purpose of this role is to provide sales and client service advice and support to partners and staff to help increase profitable revenues from the core sectors in the region. This includes focusing activity on winning new business from high value targets and existing strategic clients by leveraging the Firm's national sector and streams expertise, local marketplace analysis and encouraging cross stream sharing to ensure knowledge and capability is maximised.
Acting as a key member of RSA's leading analytical team, you will support a diverse range of pricing plans for a variety of insurance products, including providing analysis and reporting on portfolio performance, and contributing to future product pricing structures.
A strategic, forward thinking individual to help our marketing strategy implementation and move to more customer-centric communication as well as managing and developing relationships to ensure that customer solutions are provided within processes and service standards in line with business strategy.
