Take fiscal accountability for key results for a merchandise Division: sales, stockturn, markdown, gross profit. Build organisational strength by developing a high-performing team. Work in partnership with General Merchandise Manager to set direction and strategy for division. Lead team to develop strategies to optimise divisional performance across the store portfolio. Engage other business partners to deliver successful execution of all merchandise initiatives.
