The job holder is responsible for undertaking extensive research and analysis of the market and retailer performance. Findings are used to develop an annual category plan for the retailer, to drive their category growth. The plan will include strategy & tactics for ranging, merchandising and promotions for the tea category. The job holder is required to present the plan and influence the retailer in adopting their recommendations.
