The role requires a strong biological background in order to identify and assess new reagents and bring them to market. Effective communication skills and initiative are needed for extensive liaison with other internal departments: identifying and implementing system improvements with our IT team and developing strategies for product promotion, selection and quality with our technical support and marketing teams.
